Being Vain is a collection of songs that Mister Pants wrote about himself. It is introspective and intimate and as genuine as he knows how to be. While specific to Mister Pants' experiences, there is a universality to the themes and emotional core of these songs. But still, dude wrote a bunch of songs about himself. That's pretty vain, right?

Mister Pants was fortunate to have the majority of these songs professionally mixed by the insanely talented Katie Von Schleicher, whose music you really should listen to if you haven't already. The result is a set of songs that are dynamic and well rounded, while retaining their home-made charm.
